In Heaven: Dantalion was the Hound that could hunt and track desire. Desire of another person, desire for riches or fame, she could smell those dark and secret desires in humans and the other angels. This made her privy to some very secret longings which she never disclosed. She could sense it in Forneus after his talk to Lucifer. His desire to be equal in God’s sight to humans. And although she had originally planned to stay on the side of Heaven or undecided she chose to go with Forneus since she understood and sympathized with his desires. And she has always loved and tried to protect the other hound. 

On Earth: She was born exactly four minutes after Fenrik, her twin brother. Their parents were hand picked by Lucifer himself and the two of them were raised knowing that when they turned sixteen their true selves would emerge. And so they did. But the shock of the awakening was almost made worse by knowing it was coming because nothing could prepare someone for reliving the loses they experienced during the war. The two became even closer after their awakening leaving home when they turned eighteen. Dizzy loved the open road, the traveling and searching. But when they were told to settle in Lantern Bay Dizzy found her real home. She loves the bar they own and the amount of drunken desire that wafts through it’s music filled and liquor soaked halls. 

Personality: The younger twin by four minutes Dizzy is the cream in the oreo cookie for all she knows. She is the man-eater, lady killer. Charming, shallow and yet amazingly personable. But she still morns the loss of the Hounds as they were in heaven before the war. She loves her twin Fenrik with a deep devotion one holds for a leader of a pack. But their amount of touchy-feeliness disturbs some people. She believes the Fallen Hounds must be saved but has never told a soul that she didn’t exactly choose to be a demon. She became one so Fenrik wouldn’t be alone. She numbs herself with desire, sex and excess.

But the angels who did not pick a side in the conlict suffered an even worse fate according to many. They were stripped of their memories, their powers locked away in human forms and sent to Earth where they would spend eternity being born and reborn as humans, never able to escape the circle and forever to remain sideless. Both angels and demons pity these Fallen. Brothers, sisters, lovers all lost.

Until now…

Gabriel has abandoned heaven but refused to join Lucifer as one of his demons. Gabriel seeks to destroy all of creation. Humans, demons, angels, all will be destroyed because none are worthy to live. Gabriel has gone to Earth to find the Fallen and exploit their hidden powers to bring about the end of creation.

The Archangel Michael and Lucifer have made an agreement; ten of the most powerful Fallen have been located on the Coast of Northern California, near San Francisco. • Divine Name: Forneus

• Ability: has the animal form of a large bengal Tiger.  He can shift partially and at will. The scent he is attuned to is doubt.

In Heaven: Forneus was one of the strongest of the Hounds. Always the most ferocious fighter and the protector of the other Hounds. With his ability to smell and track doubt he knew when an enemy was weakening or if a comrade needed encouragement. He was closest with Dantalion but cared deeply for all the Hounds. He could feel the change in the air when one third of heaven began to doubt in their creator. He actually went to Lucifer before the war to talk with him about his doubt. By the end of that conversation Forneus was convinced that Lucifer had it right. That God was ignoring them in favor of the less deserving humans. He was the first of the Hounds to openly choose a side other than Heaven which led to it’s shattering during the war. 

On Earth: The older twin by four minutes. They grew up in NYC by a couple that Lucifer had hand picked. They raised their children to know what they would be. But it still didn’t fully prepare him for the flood of memories when he turned sixteen. It was painful for him, seeing how the Hounds had once been and remembering his desire to bring them back together. Desdemona and Fenrik travelled around the US and Canada, searching in hopes of catching any Fallen before they ended up in Lantern Bay. But about seven years ago they moved to the small city and live in a big house on a hill over looking the Bay. They also bought space in San Francisco and opened their bar “Gamorah.” It’s a huge hit with the local demons in town and the humans too. 

Personality: He is a man of few words and strong actions.  Fenrik is a dark brooding soul, the shadow to the sun of his sister. When he talks people listen. When he loses his temper people run. He can be amazingly witty and charming if given proper motivation. But his favorite game is to sow doubts in other’s minds. The relationship he has with his sister can be considered strange at best to most outsiders. But they are Hounds of Hell first, human relations second and Fenrik knows he’s the leader in their band of two. He also knows he can bring more over. Oliver, Donny, Stephen, they will come to him. One way or another. He has a complicated relationship with Joseph and Parker. After all, they were all together once.

• Ability: Has the animal form of a monstrous Komodo Dragon. And can partially shift his body. The scent he is especially attuned to locating is Fear.

In Heaven: Abaddon was a dragon. An incredibly powerful member of the Hounds of God. He could smell fear and his name was enough to cause such a thing, making him the perfect hunter. He dealt out righteous vengeance to mortals and angels alike. His was justice. He stayed close to the other Hounds, feeling more comfortable in their company especially Forenus and Xaphan. He also had his beloved Angel of Fear, Penemuel. The two of them were very rarely seen apart. When the war came Abaddon chose to remain neutral with Penemuel since fear is neither good or evil, it just is.  

On Earth: Donny was born in the lap of luxury. As was his sister Pennywise, nine months later. Anything he wanted in life he got. Except the attention of his power couple parents. Donny’s drive for their approval lead him to be the captain of sports teams, popular in school and get perfect grades. When his sister had her psychotic break he stopped trying for his parents protection and focused on making his own life without their approval and take Penny with him. He graduated from college and has struck out on his own taking his trust fund money and his sister with him.

Personality:  Donny is the best. No, really, just ask him. He is a spoiled, cocky, smart ass to just about everyone he meets. And the most maddening thing about it is that he has a right to be that smug. He knows how attractive he is and expects the people he flirts with to feel slightly honored. And in most cases they are. He can be charming when he wants to be. But Donny has a bad temper and holds grudges, especially against people that mess with his sister. She may be batshit crazy but if anyone besides him says that they’ll need new teeth. He has a problem listening to others and does basically whatever he wants when he wants.
